I visited to explore the nearby attractions and found the location quite convenient. The staff members were helpful, especially when I needed assistance with my room. The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after a long day exploring. However, I did notice that the cleanliness of the room could use some improvements, especially in the bathroom. Overall, it's a decent place for those looking to spend a few nights in the area.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. However, the breakfast options could be improved for more variety.

For a fun night out, hit up Jade Dynasty for some killer Chinese grub just a hop away! The picnic area at the hotel was a breeze for snacks and chatting with fellow travelers. Plus, the location’s just a stone’s throw from all the action in Manitou Springs!
Now, let’s chat about those pillows—flat as pancakes and not so cozy! And, where’s the ice machine when you need it?

clean room but lacking in amenities
The room was clean and neat, providing a comforting environment after a stressful evacuation. The staff showed genuine empathy towards our situation and even provided extra toiletries, which made us feel taken care of. I appreciated the nice little breakfast that helped us start our day right. Additionally, there are great dining options nearby, like a wonderful Chinese restaurant just across the street.
However, I found the amenities to be minimal, which left us wanting more during our stay.

While the rooms were spacious and the view from the second floor was fantastic, a few cleanliness issues detracted from the experience, like dirty towels and maintenance problems. The staff were polite, but improvements in their service consistency would make a significant difference.

I enjoyed the spacious accommodations in the King Room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a lot of room, which was nice. Location was great, close to various attractions like Garden of the Gods. Check-in was fast and friendly, making me feel welcomed right away. However, the room had some issues. The heating/cooling unit was dirty inside, which bothered my allergies. I also struggled with limited charging options for my devices, as there weren't enough outlets. The breakfast options were minimal, mostly simple items, but the pancake machine was a plus. The noise from thin walls made things a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, there’s potential, but some upgrades are needed for a better experience.

missingWrote a review on 12 Julneglected property
The property itself felt a bit neglected, with visible wear and tear throughout the grounds. Walking to the room, I noticed trash and debris littering the area, which detracted from the overall ambiance. The bathroom lacked essential features like a proper soap tray, making it inconvenient for storing toiletries. The cleanliness left much to be desired. the fridge had items left over from previous guests, and the flooring was filthy enough to make me double-check my shoes. The aesthetics outside seemed to be in shambles, and I had a nagging feeling of unease about safety during my stay.
